EPC SOC/SOM


In the SOC/SOM range we offer SODIMM form factor CPU cards, COM-Express solutions and Q7 boards.
The SOC boards that are available are CPU cards that are a system on module in small form factor (SODIMM 200pin), low power consumption and high performance. The onboard NAND flash memory can be installed with either WinCE or Linux OS. A baseboard and a 4.3" TFT LCD is available to make the CPU card as a complete development kit.

As COM-Express Compact modules we have – amongst others - Intel® ATOM base CPU boards with DDR3 SDRAM, VGA, Gigabit Ethernet, SATA and USB. The different designs offer different options.

The iEi Q7 is a module with an Intel® Atom™ processor Z510/Z530 for low power – only single 5V. The great advantage of Q7 is the fact that the board can easily be switched in case it gets defective. The connection is now an industrial standard and should make the carrier board suitable for years to come. This goes too for the SODIMM by IC-Nexus.
