RMA procedure
Roadmap for requesting and entering data in an RMA from.
In case a product was received of which the quality is below expectation, the product can be send back to us. The correct way of returning goods is to follow our RMA procedure. Below you will find the roadmap designed to process the RMA as efficient as possible.
RMA request
Requesting an RMA can be done by mail to mail DiBis or by phone +31-320-250860.
Validity term of an RMA
Within 21 days from the date on the RMA form, the goods should be returned – with a clear description of the defect of the goods – to DiBis. In case the RMA is not received within the set term, the RMA will become void.
Filling out the RMA form (see explanation)
The RMA form needs to be completed as much as possible. Important is to state the exact product numbers that you wish to return and the reason why. RMA forms that have not been filled out or hold very unclear information may cause serious delay.
Shipping
The shipping of the goods are at the cost and risk of the customer / shipper. DiBis will take care of shipping to the supplier and the returning of the goods back to the customer.
Warranty statement
Most products have a factory warranty of one year. Should the product be out of warranty or is used outside of the specification, there will be no compensation or replacement. DiBis will always refer to the warranty statement of the supplier.
Repaircost
Possible repairs cost will be offered to you before the repair is started.
Condition
DiBis is entitled to refuse or not process products that have been returned without an RMA form that was issued by DiBis.
Our goal is to process and finish the RMA as efficient as possible.
Customers will be notified on updates of the RMA.
